Dean Creech
From Glen Cook Wiki
Since the Dead Man is a misogynist to the core, Garrett was forced to hire a male housekeeper and cook. Dean is an older man, with a little bit of troll blood in his family. He is an excellent cook, and tries to act as a matchmaker for Garrett, bringing in his hordes of neices. Unfortunately, the troll blood in his family has made them somewhat less attractive than Garrett's typical girl, but that doesn't stop Dean from trying.
