Tilly Nooks

A minor witch, mostly human but with enough dwarf blood to give her a long life. Her nickname is "Handsome", which she dislikes. Garrett has known her since he was a little boy; in a previous generation, his grandfather jilted Tilly for a younger woman. She is like a grandmother to Garrett. She appears to be a thin woman of around seventy with thinning white hair, pale loose skin, and liver spots. She moves slowly, apparently suffering from arthritis.

Tilly has a small shop off a nameless, filthy alley, selling witchcraft supplies. She has been in business for "generations" and is reportedly the best supplier in TunFaire. When she wants to, she can make the entire shop - and alleyway - disappear. She has never openly admitted to being a witch, but clearly has enough power to keep herself and her shop perfectly safe in a dangerous city and a dangerous business.
