Spiney Prevallet

A cold customer, Spiney Prevallet was another thug from TunFaire. At about the same level of skill as Morley Dotes and Saucerhead Tharpe, Spiney had fewer qualms about accepting questionable jobs. He spoke but little, and his voice usually spooked whoever he was speaking to. He was killed in the Cantard during the event of Sweet Silver Blues by the Venageti Spymaster.
