Chandra Gokhale

Chandra Gokhale is Inspector-General of the Records in Taglios; he is an ancient, hairless man, lean as a snake and twice as mean, appointed long ago by the Radisha's father. His office is a minor one when the Black Company arrives in Taglios, but over the years and during the wars he expands his office dramatically, until he comes to control the state's finances and public works.
