Old Man Fish

Old Man Fish (aka Forto Reibas) is a skilled tracker and thief who helps steal the Silver Spike, together with Tully and Smeds Stahl and Timmy Locan. Described as thin, straight-backed and white-haired, Fish is a capable woodsman and the most practical member of the team. It is later revealed that he is one of the handful of survivors from the Rebel host that besieged Charm.

He survives the hunt for the Spike and the ensuing chaos in Oar, even beating and humiliating Darling and the remnants of her guard, including Raven. However, while he escapes all the actual carnage, he succumbs to cholera soon after.
