Lord Jalena

Lord Jalena is a high-ranking noble in the Northern Empire who lives in Opal. He is a fat, pompous official who assists in the scheme against Raven to steal his titles and kill him. Later, he is seen commanding an army at the Battle of Charm in the place of a fallen Taken.
