Ky Dam

Ky Dam is the Speaker of the Nyueng Bao people in Dejagore. He is extremely old, looking more ancient than even One-Eye, but remarkably spry. He has sparse wisps of white hair distributed over his head. His skin is pallid and covered with liver spots.
