Kingpin

One of the soldiers serving in the Black Company in Juniper, not a very bright man but he swings a mean blade. Croaker sends him south to Meadenvil to chase Bullock and Asa, but Kingpin doesn't think very well on his feet and tends to loaf when not closely supervised. He dies "getting his licks in" fighting in the ambush of the Limper south of the city.
