Karsus

A province of the Northern Empire south of the Sea of Torments, in the east, near the Plain of Dano-Patha. Imperial outposts here are garrisoned by auxiliaries from the Grain tribes, "guarding the frontier against the depredations of their own kind more ferociously and faithfully than did the imperial legions". Limper and Toadkiller Dog pass through Karsus on their way to the Straits of Angine where a crossing can be made to the northern shore.
