Fortress of the Glittering Plain

An enormous structure in the exact center of the Glittering Plain, with a central hall just a few yards shy of a mile wide. It was constructed in a forgotten age past to guard the crossroads of the Plain; a race of guardians was there, of whom only Shivetya remains, nailed to his throne.
The floor of the hall is a one-eightieth scale map of the Plain, with a complete travel chart inlaid. It rides on stone rollers. Soulcatcher accidentally broke it while tinkering.
