D'loc-Aloc

A jungle nation in the south, original home for One-Eye and Tom-Tom. The Black Company spends two months there en route to the deep south. Although Croaker complains that One-Eye won't stop talking about D'Loc-Aloc now that they've actually arrived, Croaker doesn't deign to share any of One-Eye's information in the Annals. Mainly the jungle seems full of bugs. Croaker does notice that it is a peaceful place (with many young women eager to sample the novelty of the white soldiers from the north) and that it is one of the only places where the Company attracts no new recruits. One-Eye claims to be the greatest sorcerer ever produced in the region, which may explain why it is so peaceful.
