Captain Arbanos

The captain of the Binky's Sequin, Arbanos is a wizened old gnome from a strain that is sometimes confused with hobgoblins. He has a reputation as a careful bargee, and is often hired to barge cargo that will spoil if handled roughly (such as TunFaire Gold).
