Belinda Contague

Belinda Contague is the daugter of Chodo Contague, current Kingpin of the underworld of TunFaire. She was raised mostly apart from him, although he never hid his business from her.

In Dread Brass Shadows, Chodo meantions once losing a woman to a rival. He eventually killed them both. While never confirmed, it is assumed that this woman was the mother of Belinda.

As far as appearance, Belinda likes black. She has black hair, she tends to wear all-black clothing, black gloves, black shoes, and even sometimes black viels. She has very pale skin, and tends to wear very red lipstick. This gives her an eerily vampirish appearance, although she is still very attractive.

She is also very much her father's daughter. She has taken over the Kingpin's power, in fact if not in name. She is just as ruthless as he, and although she confesses to Garrett often that she wishes she could get rid of that part of herself, she knows well enough that she cannot, short of death.
