The town prison, built on the cheap with imported "snot-colored" stone that crumbles over time. The walls are thick, however. For a long while Al-Khar was not used much, since any prisoners were simply shipped off to the Cantard; the building was actually occupied by squatters. With the end of the war, however, and the rise of law enforcement (including Relway's secret police]] Al-Khar is restored and once again used for its original, unpleasant purpose.
